About the job:

In this role, you will build competencies in Insurance and/or Banking, and help shape the field significantly. You can become part of our success story. Working in the Financial Services sector offers a broad range of challenging tasks within a familiar, dynamic, and international team.

This role is open across Germany. We are looking for suitable profiles nationwide. Thanks to our flexible working models and project-based setup, you can be based anywhere in Germany. Travel requirements depend on client needs and project phases, not on proximity to a specific office location.

As a Consultant:

You will support projects at well-known insurance companies or banks, following an onboarding phase tailored to your needs

• You will be responsible for the design, detailed analysis, and implementation of customized solutions for our clients
• You will quickly take on responsibility in agile teams and specialize in AI, platform or transformation projects
• You will contribute to Synpulse's development through exciting internal projects on a global level and can participate in recruiting to help shape the heart of Synpulse

As a Senior Consultant:

• You will advise our clients, handling both strategic and operational tasks
• You will develop technical concepts and implementation plans
• You will be delivering expert content in your domain of expertise within projects
• You will lead project teams

About you:

• You have a master's or PhD degree - or will complete it in the near future - with an excellent final grade
• You have a combined understanding of business and technology
• As a Consultant, you have ideally gained practical experience in an insurance company, a bank, or in a consultancy firm
• As a Senior Consultant, you have several years of professional experience in an insurance company, a bank, or in a consultancy firm
• You have strong communication skills in both English and German
• You have strong teamwork and interpersonal skills and are willing to travel
