Your tasks:

• Support in various areas of compliance, especially in the implementation of regulatory requirements
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings, including organization of appointments and preparation of minutes
• Cooperation with our foreign branches and subsidiaries, e.g. in the form of e-mail correspondence to obtain information and maintain data
• Support in day-to-day operations and keeping a calendar of deadlines
• Document management in the form of digitized file management and archiving

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the fields of business law, business administration, information technology, IT/cyber security, compliance or similar
• Initial experience in using common Office products
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Reliable, precise and independent way of working
• Quick comprehension and courage to familiarize yourself with new areas of responsibility
