The KINTO Europe GmbH is a joint venture between Toyota Financial Services Corporation, headquartered in Nagoya, Japan, and Toyota Motor Europe, headquartered in Brussels, Belgium. The company was established in 2018 with the aim of creating a European base for future mobility services by providing full-service leasing and mobility products/services.
KINTO Europe GmbH has offices in various countries in Europe, including Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
Your tasks:
- Interface with and act as a liaison between KINTO Markets, SFC´s, Regional and domestic Functional Departments, TOYOTA Motor Europe and Senior Management for approvals, advice, open issues, and general co-ordination.
- Support Head of Operations and head of business with coordination and planning of launches and / or running operations in the market.
- In alignment with the strategy, build & evolve the operations organisation on European level to support roll-out and on-going governance of sharing & subscription businesses across Europe.
- In close coordination with the Business and Platform team, support the analysis and evolution of the pan-E product strategy framework to further improve operations.
- Turn business goals and strategy in operation plans and actions.
- Communication to existing locations of operational and strategic guidelines and policies established at Regional, to ensure clear understanding and implementation by local management.
- Organise activities to share key initiatives and learnings between local entities and the KINTO Europe HQ
- Regular reporting to management on status of projects
- Identify and implement synergies strategies across countries, including time & cost savings
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies (Bachelor or Master)
- 2+ years’ experience in fleet operations, business and/or product strategy, project management or product management.
- Strong numerical & analytical skills
- Profound project management skills e.g., Scrum, Kanban etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively across different stakeholders (especially towards high level stakeholders) in different entities and achieve consensus
- Ability to work across multiple projects in parallel
- High level of business and people acumen
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Readiness to travel within Europe
