YOUR ROLE

  • Support Culture Transformation activities and administrative tasks
  • Provide support and execute the respective HR processes
  • Assist in the development of programs to promote diversity and inclusion
  • Contribute ideas for cultural transformation initiatives
  • Maintain and update diversity-related data and metrics
  • Support the creation of training materials on cultural sensitivity and diversity
  • Coordinate activities related to cultural awareness and transformation
  • Contribute to internal communications regarding diversity initiatives
  • Support the roll out of a global Henkel Consumer Brands’ (HCB) organizational health initiative, “High Performing Teams” (HPT)


YOUR SKILLS

  • Student who has successfully completed first semesters of studies preferably with HR focus
  • Excellent language skills in English and German
  • Advanced MS Office skills especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong conceptual and communication skills
  • Open, determined and pro-active mindset
  • Ability to work on various tasks in parallel
  • Highly motivated team player 


We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
