KINTO One stands for customized solutions in the segment of full-service commercial leasing of vehicles, and KINTO Flex is a flexible car subscription with short terms. In addition, KINTO offers a smart commuter solution for sustainable mobility.

KINTO as a brand can be found not only in Germany, but also in other European countries including England, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

Your Tasks:

• You support our customers and dealers with all technical questions relating to maintenance, wear and tear and all other fleet services
• You provide telephone and written support for our customers and dealers
• You carry out final contract settlements in our system
• You issue repair approvals for accident damage to our leasing and subscription vehicles
• You support our customers and dealers with all questions during the entire life cycle of the contract and take a solution-oriented approach
• You build long-term customer loyalty with us and actively shape customer communication
• You handle the sale of our accident-damaged leasing and subscription vehicles
• You support the further development of our core Miles system
• You work closely with our service providers and coordinate individual cases with them
• You handle theft and total loss cases with the insurance companies

Your profile:

• Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship or training in the automotive industry
• Experience working in a leasing and/or fleet management environment is desirable
• You are a strong communicator and have a high level of service and customer orientation
• You are proficient in the common MS Office programs 
• Your way of working is structured and characterized by reliability and independence
• Both German and English are no challenge for you
