Your Tasks:

• Support in the development of an implementation strategy for the TKG Group to meet and operationalize the regulatory requirements of MaRisk, including their respective amendments
• Preparation of analyses and documentation for monitoring the measures implemented to comply with MaRisk
• Preparation of presentations and presentation of MaRisk sub-topics (e.g. capital service capability, ESG, etc.) at TKG and its foreign branches to support the implementation of the topics, including at the local branches

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable subject
• High level of problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Constructive handling of feedback and differences of opinion
• Team-oriented way of working
• Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
