As the Office Administrator, you are responsible for keeping the office running smoothly, creating a good atmosphere and making colleagues, customers, partners and guests feel at home. You should be an accessible, welcoming individual, who thrives in building rapport. Due to the nature of the role, this position should be present and visible in the office part time, everyday of the week. Fluent speaking, reading and writing in German and English are a must-have requirement for this role.
