Sales Engineer E&E (m/f/d) / Sales Manager E&E (m/f/d)

For our E&E Team, we are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Engineer / Sales Manager Germany (m/f/d). You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the marketing and sales of the company's products and overall solutions
  • Arrange business meetings with prospects and existing customers in Germany
  • Promote the company's products/services addressing customers' objectives
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Develop positive relationships with customers
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers' individual needs
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

Requirements

  • Bachelor / master's in engineering, Chemistry or related areas
  • Experience in E&E business is an advantage
  • Having a strong motivation for achievement, eager to succeed and quickly obtain personal growth
  • Hands-on experience mentality
  • Capacity in analyzing and capturing industry market opportunities
  • Ability to develop and apply sales strategies and plans
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in customer support is a plus
  • Ability to deliver projects and answers inquiries on time
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluent in German and English
