The Absolventenkongress is an event that helps young talents start their careers and provides a platform for job hunting and career orientation. The event is aimed at students, graduates and young professionals with up to three years of professional experience.

The Absolventenkongress Deutschland will take place at the Köln Messe (Cologne trade fair), in Hall 10.2, East Entrance. The address for the East Entrance is: Deutz-Mülheimer Str. 51, 50679 Cologne.

Arrival by car: A paid parking lot is located directly next to the hall, access is via the East Entrance. You can also find other parking garages in the surrounding area.

Arrival by S-Bahn or regional train: Travel to the station “Köln Messe/Deutz” and then follow the signs to the hall. By tram take lines 3 and 4 to the “Koelnmesse” stop and walk from there to the hall.

No, only people with a valid ticket are allowed to attend the event. You are welcome to bring accompanying persons who are either students, graduates or young professionals with up to three years of professional experience. Take a look at our “Bring a friend” initiative!

You are welcome to invite your friends who are either students, graduates or young professionals with up to three years of professional experience. In order to participate in the campaign, the invited person must also attend the event.

Many participating companies publish their current entry-level jobs in their profiles in advance so that you can search for suitable positions. Even without a suitable job description, you are welcome to stop by the event booth and discuss the career opportunities at the company in general. You can also take the opportunity to secure a talk for a specific job!

As you have already gained professional experience, you unfortunately no longer count as a young professional for the purposes of the event.
