At Boston Scientific, you will find a collaborative culture driven by a passion for innovation that keeps us connected on the most essential level. We will be currently looking for a high number of German speaking Graduates to join one of our divisions across multiple locations in Germany. This training program is designed to help train and develop Graduates that are looking to move into a commercial and clinical Medical Device environment.

Successful candidates will be offered a 12 month fixed term contract, where they will learn technical skills about our products and gain Field experience in hospitals and cathlabs with our trained Clinical Support Representatives.

Recruiting will start in March time with a start date of September 2025. We will have roles in our New Cardio and Cardiac Rhythm Management divisions.

Successful candidates may be retained by Boston Scientific at the end of the contract in one of our divisions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in learning and training events to develop product knowledge, clinical and commercial skills.
  • Become certified as a subject matter expert on a designated franchise product area.
  • Accompany a Field Coach to learn about working in a clinical setting
  • Interact with Healthcare professionals and patients in clinical interventions
  • Plan and deliver daily interventions with clinicians
  • Educate clinicians on a product franchise
  • Commercially promote a product franchise
  • Contributes to the preparation and production of presentations and reports


Profile Requirements:

  • Be a recent Bachelors or Masters graduate (2024/2025) with a Biomedical, Scientific Degree or Nursing qualification covering elements of the Heart/Cardio etc.
  • Be fluent in English and German (C1)
  • Have completed a placement within a clinical, hospital or similar setting.
  • Have planning, time management, strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Be willing to travel across Germany and potentially be away for up to a week at a time.
  • Hold a current driving license
