Trainee Focus Inhouse Consulting (m/w/d)

YOUR TASKS

• The Start up! trainee program is designed to foster an entrepreneurial mindset in young talents, offering them the chance to learn, grow, and gain varied insights into the organization while exploring new areas
• Over 18 months, you will complete 5 rotations, including at least one international assignment, each lasting around 3 months
• Your first placement will be in "Telekom Strategy Consulting" and afterward, you'll have the opportunity to explore other areas
• On "Magenta Fridays," all trainees gather as part of the Start up! Community to collaborate on shared projects

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed degree (Bachelor, Master, or PhD) with enthusiasm for innovation, curiosity, and a questioning mindset
• Experience of min. 6 months in consulting, strategy, or transformation through internships or work experience
• Expertise in consulting, especially in IT, technology, digitalization and HR
• Strong intercultural skills and international experience (e.g., study abroad)
• Passion for driving change, with experience in social or entrepreneurial projects
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
