Trainee Focus B2B / B2C (m/w/d) - Board Area Germany

YOUR TASKS

• The Start up! trainee program offers young professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit the chance to learn, grow, and gain valuable insights into the organization while exploring new areas
• You’ll complete 5 assignments, including at least one international, each lasting 3 months, over the course of 18 months
• Your first assignment will be in a B2B / B2C area, followed by the opportunity to choose the areas you want to explore in more depth
• Fridays are dedicated to the "Magenta Friday“, where trainees collaborate on shared projects as part of the Start up! community

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed degree in business, economics, IT, or a similar field (Bachelor, Master, PhD)
• At least 6 months of experience in service, business clients, private clients, or data-related environments
• Experience in project management and data analytics
• Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence with interest in developing AI solutions
• Strong intercultural competence and international experience (e.g., study abroad, work & travel)
• Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
