About our Sales Development Program

The SDP is a comprehensive track to grow recent graduates into industry-leading Account Partners. It includes three full-time phases: consulting, sales development, and account management.

Phase 1 – Associate Consultant: Learn Veeva products, work post-sales on implementation teams delivering solutions.

Phase 2 – Sales Development Representative: Train on sales, generate leads and pipeline revenue.

Phase 3 – Associate Account Partner: Use full skills to build relationships and close deals. After completion, you become an Account Partner.


What You'll Do

  • Gain expertise in consulting, product, industry, and sales across three phases
  • Learn technical consulting, solution design, and project management
  • Develop strategies for lead generation and territory management
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, from users to C-level
  • Gather and analyze requirements in workshops
  • Configure Veeva software with guidance from Solution Architects
  • Explain technical solutions clearly to various audiences
  • Guide project teams on best practices


Requirements

  • Strong motivation to grow in sales and learn Veeva solutions
  • University degree with strong academic record (STEM preferred), or equivalent experience
  • Fluency in German (native level) and English
  • 0–2 years of professional experience
  • Ability to translate technical needs into business solutions
  • Technical curiosity and a desire to work in consulting and sales
  • Resilience, initiative, and results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed


Nice to Have

  • Internships or experience in pharma, consulting, sales, or customer service
  • Entrepreneurial mindset or leadership/community engagement
